It is our modest obligation to write you this letter in regards to the authorization of your owed payment through our most respected financial institution (South African Reserve Bank). I am Governor Gill Marcus, the newly appointed Director on Debt Reconciliation under the supervision of UNITED NATIONS here in South Africa.
